Premiere Week - Episode 3!

9/6/1972 brought us Episode #0012D (thus, it is actually the second episode produced). It was taped on Monday, August 21, 1972.

Already, considering this was the second episode produced, there have been big changes to the Price is Right set. See if you can find them all! Also, stay tuned for the introduction of the most difficult game in TPIR history!

Our first four contestants are all lined up neatly, awaiting Bob's arrival!
Contestants play pricing games for big, big prizes! Why don't you play right along there at home? See how good you are as a shopper!
Dottie is the first person to ever play Grocery Game. She is very excited to be on TPIR, and she does pretty well too!
Douy, you're such a pretty little thing that if you can guess the price of that car exactly right, you'll win it! I shouldn't have to tell you the results of this one, but you can watch it here!
Yet another playing of Double Prices. Yawn...
Two very nice ladies win their way in the showcases. Notice they have already done away with the flip-down ARP reveal! Watch the results here and see who wins!
"We'll always have a place for you when you get out here to Hollywood..." if he only knew that by the day I showed up in 2007, you'd have to get there at 4:40 PM the previous day! :-P
